Objectives:
- To generate and deliver qualified auto insurance leads.
- To increase brand awareness for AAA of Southern California & AAA of Texas.
- To positively influence brand perception and engage in new membership sales.
- To promote other AAA Club products and services.
Solution:
Total Event Solutions provided staff to drive consumer traffic to the Auto Club footprint, to capture consumer information at the display and to educate consumers on the variety of Auto Club products and services. Total Event Solutions staff were identified and scheduled for two different components based on their proven skill sets. 5 Brand Ambassadors were staffed to engage with consumers at the display, encouraging participation and gathering consumer information in an effort to meet program goals. An additional 20 staff members were positioned throughout the NASCAR footprint, directing consumers to the Auto Club display and informing race fans of the numerous activities going on at the display.
Results:
AAA exceeded its lead generation goals at both races and generated positive awareness for the Auto Club and its variety of products and services with the thousands of race fans in attendance.
